LEXIIR is a software program specially written for managing and recovering outstanding debt at
Public Institutions. This program was conceived as a result of a need identified by New Integrated
Credit Solutions (Pty) Ltd during their process of collecting debt for municipalities. The need to
create an interface and to bridge the gap between municipal financial management systems and a
functional debt management and collection system. |

To manage , train personnel and execute debt collection interventions on behalf of our clients at
early default stage and at a cost effective rate that the rate charged by external debt collectors
To empower our clients to increase efficiencies by having complete control of their default and
the collection thereof.

All payments through the system are first allocated to current debt, thus increasing the client’s
