Where does one begin to reflect on such a milestone? A decade of a Company’s life marred by ups and downs, trials and tribulations, pains and agony, joys and triumphs, successes and achievements, and most of all, a people who have shown immense stealth, strength and agility to steer this ship even through the worse business period in the history of world markets. All these achieved through exceptional fortitude coached by patience, persistence and perseverance.

It is our commitment to the principle of P.R.I.D.E., the acronym that symbolizes our values as a company that we celebrate this triumphant moment. P for personnel and our great committed staff for their commitment and exercise of diligence and professionalism for executing their tasks; R for the respect that we have expressed to the market and our clients and for not compromising the quality of our services to them; I for conducting our business with integrity by maintaining ethical and professional standards in the execution of our tasks; D for constantly and relentlessly developing our personnel, our systems and unique solutions in order to maintain a competitive edge ahead of our competitors and finally E for excellence. An attribute that will sustain our existence in perpetuity and ensuring long term relationships with our clients.

We find more sense and reason to celebrate this milestone, not only in the life of NICS but the life of each client, stakeholder and member of our community who have contributed beyond their talents and natural ability to catapult us to these heights. We are crossing the Rubicon, another decade is beckoning and it rest with each and every one of us to stand tall, chin up, chest out as we steamy on ahead to define new boundaries and herald better achievements as a company for the benefit of our clients, our chosen market and ourselves.
