NICS adopted Thando Kunene. Thando is 4 years old. He was born on 29 August 2012 and was admitted to LITTLE EDEN in February 2017. Thando is a friendly little boy and has the most infectious smile!

LITTLE EDEN is a registered non-profit organisation providing life-long care to 300 children and adults with profound intellectual disability in two custom designed residential facilities – Domitilla and Danny Hyams Home in Edenvale, and Elvira Rota Village, a farm in Bapsfontein.

Nelson Mandela International Day 2016

On Monday 18 July 2016, NICS chose Rose Happy Times Elderly Care Centre in Saulsville for the Nelson Mandela International Day. A sincere thank you for those who participated and represented NICS, as it was a day filled with love and gratitude towards the elderly. NICS donated an amount of R20 000 towards the home, as well as erected a new signage, fixed the ceiling and tiling, bought two electrical stoves as well as the various activities of the day like cleaning and cooking for the elderly.









Jab Jabu 7 A-Side Soccer Tournament 2016

NICS was once again one of the main sponsors of the Jab Jabu 7 A-side Soccer Tournament which supports COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT with over close to 4000 attending the event.

•    80 x casual jobs were created on the day.

•    10 x Food Stalls managed by locals and 90% of the suppliers are locally based.

It also promotes Community Wellness Programme(BMI, Blood Pressure, Glucose Screening and Cholesterol Screening)



1st Annual NICS Charity Golf Day 2015

Our 1st Annual Charity Golf Day was held in November of 2015. We had hole sponsors from clients and prospective clients alike. Second Chance Recovery Centre in Mamelodi was our official beneficiary. This is a home that’s assist the youth addicted to Nyaope and gives them a second chance. The beneficiary was presented at the Dinner win which a cheque of R120 000 was presented to the founder Ms. MnguniThe home will officially be opened in June 2016.
